ORDERING

Is there a minimum quantity that must be ordered?

No. Orders can be as small as just one item.

What if my order is urgent?

Please let us know if your order is urgent or is required for a specific date - we will do our best to accommodate it. Please contact us by emailing info@floradaleshop.ca. Please include your Order # which is found on your Order Confirmation email. Extra charges may apply to rush orders.

Can I place a custom order, for a higher quantity that is in inventory?

Yes, often we can accommodate custom orders. Please email your request to info@floradaleshop.ca and we will confirm if it is possible.

What are Brand-On-Demand products?

Brand-On-Demand products are produced after we receive your order. The lead time for brand on demand products is 2 to 4 weeks.

SHIPPING

How long will it take to ship out my order?

If you have ordered in-stock products only, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours.

If your order contains Brand-on-Demand products, we will ship your order once all products are ready and your order is complete, in approximately 2 to 4 weeks.

What is the cost for delivery?

Rates will be calculated upon checkout, based on your shipping location and the DIMS of the products in your cart.

You may also choose to pick up your order at the Mill. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up.

RETURNS

What is your Return Policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise (in unused, new condition) for a full credit, within 30 days from the date your order was delivered to you.

Please email your request to us at info@floradaleshop.ca. Please let us know your original order# and the product(s) that you would like to return. We will reply with a Return Authorization number, and further instructions.

All returns for Floradale merchandise are currently sent to Arrow Marketing, 15 McLaren Avenue, Cambridge Ontario N1R 8K9. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item(s). Please don’t ship the product back until you’ve received approval and your RA#. You can send it back via any courier method or we can send you a shipping waybill and the amount will be deducted from your refund amount.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Gift cards are applied during the Payment section of checkout process. On the right side of the screen below your order summary, you will see a box that says "Gift card or discount code", enter your unique gift card code there and then click the "Apply" button beside it.
